I use Shake Your Tail - a dog grooming secure platform to manage my bookings and your details are secured on there.
I do keep manual paper details as a back up system but , they are placed in a lockable file box out of view.
I also use a separate mobile phone and number for clients contact numbers, this remains secure in the parlour.
If I look to use your dogs photograph, on the odd occasion, for my facebook page it will be with your permission and their names are never mentioned. At any time you can request for me to remove the photo and I will do this with immediate affect.
I ask that my clients do not share my address at any time however, PepaPots number and email is totally acceptable.
